Do the XOEarth Honors Jump, Dance, Kiss, EHand sign, Handshake, Hug, Cartwheel and Bellywave to honor friends and others for their eco actions.

::::::::::::::::::::The XOEarth Honors Dance is any dance in any style that is done for a friend or with a friend to honor an eco action they have taken, or promise to take, while thanking them for their eco action.

Whether your style is a victory dance, ballet, break, slam, swing, shimmy, jazz, freestyle, twist or tango – dance for your eco friends that are helping save our lives.

The XOEarth Honors ecofx Dance is done by dancing on the border of an area that represents the habitat that a friend helps save by taking an eco action. It is an eco-science-based-tweak to add to your eco Dance style.

To add ecofx to your dance, first use our XOEarth ecofx tools and/or ecofx card to estimate the area of habitat saved by your friends’ environmental actions. Then bust out your ecofx Dance moves for your eco friends and others.

::::::::::::::::::::The XOEarth Honors EHand handsign is made by using three fingers sideways on the right hand to make an *E*. It can be used to show your pledge to take actions for the Earth, or to acknowledge others for taking eco actions. It is like the peace symbol plus the ring ringer.

One of the ways to use the EHand goes like this. When a person takes an eco action you can say, “Thank you from my future self (or some other person or animal species) for taking that eco action”. Then raise your EHand with the three E-fingers to your heart and say, “and from our sweet planet Earth”. Next, move your hand away from your heart, flowing the three EHand towards the person.

Adding a couple of closed-hand taps on the chest or heart before making the EHand is also a nice move. Once others know what the EHand means, it is also fine to just say “Earrrrrth”.

So give people the EHand (aka XOEarth mudra or ESign) to others for being kind to the planet today.

To do the XOEarth Honors Jump, leap up and down while thanking a friend for their eco action. It can be done in cheerleader fashion or like jumping jacks.

Another Jump style is to sweep your arms in the air in a big circle – symbolizing the Earth – while jumping. And like the XOEarth Honors – Dance, you can jump around the border of an area on the ground that represents the approximate area of the habitat saved by that friend’s green action. See ecofx.org

::::::::::::::::::::To give an XOEarth Honors Kiss to someone for helping protect our environment, draw a big circle in the air with your arms and hands to symbolize the Earth. Then give them a kiss – or blow them a kiss – through the circle. The XOEarth EHand sign can be used when blowing the Kiss.

When giving the Kiss – as with other XOEarth Honors you can say, “This XOEarth Honors – Kiss is from me and a hundred other lifeforms that would like to thankyou for your action to protect our biosphere.”

::::::::::::::::::::The XOEarth Honors Handshake is a superb way to thank others for their enviro choices. To give the Handshake, open your fingers wide as you offer to shake a person’s hand in the normal position. Then say, “Here’s the XOEarth Honors – Handshake to thank for your eco action.” Show your hand to the person so they will open their fingers too. Then interlace your and the other person’s fingers as you shake their hand.

It’s nice that while giving the Handshake, that both people envision a little journey into the future to see an ecosystem, a person(s) and/or animal(s) that is having a groovy time because of an eco action that one or both of the huggers have taken.

Interlacing the 4 fingers symbolizes Team, Art, Logic and Love which are the four basic ways we can each help protect the planet — as based on the XO Earth Pledge. Do the XOEarth Honors – Handshake for all the life.

::::::::::::::::::::To give an XOEarth Honors Hug make a circle over your head with your arms, hands touching. Then move the circle over a friend’s head and then further down around their body. Then give them a hug from you and the planet. Then come out of the Hug in reverse, without letting your hands separate. Before you Hug, invite your friend to make the circle too for even more fun.

Like other XOEarth Honors, it’s good if while giving the Hug, one of the people describes a little journey into the future to see an ecosystem, a person(s) and/or animal(s) that are having a better life because of an eco action that one or both of the huggers have taken.

The XOEarth Honors Cartwheel is a real cartwheel (gymnastic style) given to a person for their green deeds. Another version is the finger cartwheel which can be done by “cart wheeling” four fingers on an outstretched arm.

::::::::::::::::::::The XOEarth Honors Bellywave is done by pulling up your shirt, and then wave your belly muscles to friends for being awesome to the biosphere. Now even your navel can help save our blue orb.

::::::::::::::::::::The XOEarth Honors Twinkle is used to thank businesses and friends for the environmental actions they take as a result of your requests – or as a result of an Occupy ecofx business action.

To twinkle, raise your hands in front of you and then wiggle your fingers as they are pointed up – kind of like playing air piano. Wiggling fingers up means a person is giving approval to something. Wiggling fingers down indicates one’s disapproval of something. Wiggling only three fingers – instead of four – helps connect it to the EHand sign described above. ::::::::::::::::::::The XOEarth Honors Planet Hands is given by making a *finger Earth* made by putting all the finger tips together to make a globe shape. The stretched apart fingers represent the longitude and longitudinal lines. Rotate the hands so it represents a spinning Earth. So, “give people the Planet Hands” for being kind to the planet. Is this another XOEarth Honors mudra?

::::::::::::::::::::The XOEarth Honors Wink is given by making the EHand in front of one eye. Then wink through the fingers … yes, eco sweet rules. A snazzier way is to wink through the *Planet Hands* made by putting all the finger tips together to make a globe shape.
