Awards. Money.

To print these awards, first go to your browser’s file menu and then to print preview. Decide which page you want to print. If needed, set the margin using the margins option. If needed, increase the custom size to between 100% to 107% depending on your browser. Then print.

In the print preview window, there should be 4 designs per page – on two or more pages. If you don’t see 4 designs per page, un-maximize the browser window and then adjust the width of the browser window so that it is about 1/3 the width of your full screen. The webpage will change to the responsive narrow version. Open the print preview window again. Then print.

To print the most XOEarth Awards or XOEarth Money per page, set the printing margins to the smallest values possible. Use “Page Setup” and/or “Print Preview” to adjust the margin values.

When adjusting margins, it is easiest to just enter “0” for the “top”, “bottom” and “side” margins. The browser and printer will then apply the smallest default value available.

In some browsers, you can adjust the distance between each XOEarth Award by increasing or decreasing the text-size option via the “View” menu.

We have included page breaks on the pages that have XOEarth Environmental Awards and XOEarth Environmental Money. Therefore, when you do a print preview, just print the section of the web page that has the XOEarth Awards that you want.
If you want to print an XOEarth Award in a size that is not listed, contact us and we will create a page for you to print from. It’s easy for us to do. For example, if you want to print six per page of a specific style, we will set-up a page so you can do so.

Printing and giving out XOEarth Awards printed with black ink on colored paper is fine! It’s more about how they are awarded, than whether the printing is in color or not. We still give out XOEarth Awards printed with black ink on pale blue or pale green paper at schools and fairs — they work great.

When printing 6 inch awards or money of various designs, there are sometimes 4 pages that will print. Usually the first page is a mix of 2 Fast and 2 Slow XOEarth Awards, the second page has 4 Fast XOEarth Awards, the third page has 4 Slow XOEarth Awards , and the fourth page has 1 big Fast and 1 big Slow XOEarth Awards.

So have fun printing and giving XOEarth Awards and XOEarth Money to friends and others to thank them for taking actions that protect the lifeforms and humanity.

Cards.

Printing the XOEarth VOX, XOEarth XOE and XOEarth Honors member cards on heavy paper is a classy way to go — but is not necessary.

To fit the most cards on a page, set the printing margins to the smallest values possible. Use “Page Setup” and/or “Print Preview” to adjust the margin values.

In most cases, the XOEarth VOX cards and XOEarth XO cards will be 3.5 inches wide when printed. This standard business card width fits in wallets.

If the cards are not this size when you print them, open the “Print Preview’ window and then adjust the scale/percentage to 100%.

When adjusting margins, it is easiest to just enter “0” for the “top”, “bottom” and “side” margins. The browser and printer will then re-apply the smallest default value available.

Printing and giving out black and white versions of the XOEarth VOX card and XOEarth XO card is fine too! It’s more about how they are offered, than whether they are in color or not. We still give out black and white XO Earth member cards at schools and fairs — they work great. Printing on colored paper is another option.

The wording and colors on each of the 4 cards varies a little.

Carrying and showing your XOEarth cards to your peeps, and giving them their own XOEarth cards, is a fun way to encourage others to join you in taking daily eco actions, and it helps empower a visible ecological society.
